The meanders of the Célé will guide you throughout your outing. You’ll get up close to them, as well as enjoy views from the top of the cliffs and overhanging trails. After an initial rolling section along the river, the route quickly climbs gradually toward the Roc de Lagane. The trail becomes more technical, featuring a beautiful balcony section with wide-open views over the valley. Another climb through Vignes Grandes, much steeper, leads to a descent to the former Espagnac priory. You then cross to the other bank and tackle two more challenging hills, interspersed with flat sections and viewpoints. The second part of the route reveals even more treasures, including fountains along the trails and, most notably, a passage at the foot of the Château des Anglais de Brengues, before finishing in a truly remarkable natural setting.
